In fact, we have received certification from the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) as AAA-Certified for Mobile & Plant-Based Operations for secure destruction. As the only AAA-Certified Operation for Mobile & Plant-Based document destruction located in Massachusetts, we have gone beyond the claims and promises of other vendors by submitting to a close examination of every aspect or our security.

E.L. Harvey & Sons provides on-site shredding services of your confidential documents. Documents can be loose, in storage boxes, file cabinets or in secure containers we provide. Our mobile shredding service, which utilizes a Vecoplan VST-32 Mobile Document Destruction System with a RG32-XL Paper Shredder, allows you to witness the secure destruction of your materials at your location. All shredded materials are transported to our facility in the secured truck. The shredded materials are then baled and shipped to consuming paper mills. This entire process provides the ultimate in certified confidential destruction of all documents.

For large shredding projects, such as archive or storage purging, E.L. Harvey can offer our Plant-Based Shredding services. Materials are processed in our Confidential Document Destruction Processing Area. This is a monitored, secure area of our facility which houses our high-speed confidential shredder. This secure area is monitored and video-taped through our closed-circuit cameras 24-hours per day, 7-days per week. In our Confidential Document Destruction Processing Area, the materials are processed through our Bollegraaf Confidential File Shredder, type AS-75/850. This shredder is capable of destroying 15,400 pounds of material per hour.

Computers or electronics that contain confidential or classified information that need to be destroyed will be processed to ensure the security of your confidential information, including shredding of the hardware. We follow strict guidelines in the proper destruction of electronics and will issue your company a certificate of destruction stating that your electronics were properly destroyed and disposed of in accordance with state and federal laws.
